Course Overview:

  • This supervisor training course has been designed specifically for supervisors who have to manage people whilst still working as part of the team. The course considers all aspects of the supervisors' role and how to achieve a high level of performance from their team. Many of the common difficulties faced by supervisors are addressed. Supervisors will have the opportunity practice the learning points during the practical exercises, which include review and feedback with the tutor. Supervisors will be given clear guidance on each subject. Each supervisor will benefit from attending this course and will leave with a host of ideas and a boost in confidence knowing how to approach this very challenging job.
