Course Overview:
  • This course is designed for Managers who have to persuade and influence others in order to reach satisfactory outcomes and objectives. The course takes delegates through the process of how to positively influence others. There are exercises at each key stage so delegates can relate the material to their own situations. Delegates will leave the course with a clear understanding of how to go about influencing others and with a fund of useful ideas that they can implement in persuasive communications.
