Dueation: Three Day Programme
High performance from staff is a prerequisite to business success. This course considers all key aspects to achieving high performance from a team. Delegates will explore ways to develop their leadership skills with a view to leading a high performance team. The tutor draws from the experience of the delegates through participative discussion. There are exercises with review and feedback from the tutor throughout the course.
