Ø  Mr. Matsoso consulting practice provides a full range of human resources and benefits consulting,

administration and training services primarily to small and medium-size organizations.  The majority of the client base is comprised of non-profit community service organizations, with additional financial, publishing and manufacturing clients.  Specialty areas include:

Ø   The development of employee handbooks, performance appraisal and compensation systems; HR reviews/audits; benefits administration; management/supervisory training; sexual and other unlawful harassment prevention training; internal investigations; employment law interpretation and application; policy development; HR staff coaching; and interim HR management.

Ø  He has been teaching and conducting training courses for human resource professionals including, HR Metrics, HR Strategy, Wage and Salary, Public Sector Labour Relations, Discipline and Dismissals, Recordkeeping and Human Resources Role in Mergers and Acquisitions for the past three years locally and nationally.   Prior to consulting, Mr. Matsoso was an HR Practitioner for several years.

Ø  He represented corporate clients in employment matters at CCMA & Bargaining Councils in the major parts of South Africa.  He brings his expertise in employment law to his consulting work, where he works hand in hand with businesses to develop and maintain employment practices that are legally sound and promote positive employee relations.

Ø  In addition, he is a Certified Professional Human Resources Practitioner by South African Board of Personnel Practice. A member of Black Management Forum (BMF), South African Society of Labour Law (SASLAW) and Institute of Directors (IoD)
